A delegation of representatives from business, politics and science travels to the USA from June 21 to 29 to promote the business location FrankfurtRheinMain. Stations of the trip are San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York and Philadelphia. The organizer of the trip is FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region (FRM GmbH).
Peter Feldmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FRM GmbH and Lord Mayor of the City of Frankfurt: "The American community in FrankfurtRheinMain is a very important part of our region as a business location for many years. For American companies, FrankfurtRheinMain is Germany's number one business location. Around 20,000 US citizens live and work here and also shape the image of FrankfurtRheinMain as an international region. The aim of our trip is to meet companies and to inspire them for a commitment to jobs and FrankfurtRheinMain.

From June 21 to 24, the delegation is in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. The program includes: A visit to the University of California, Berkeley, the events "FrankfurtRheinMain meets San Francisco" and "FrankfurtRheinMain meets Silicon Valley".

On June 25, they continue to New York. At the events "FrankfurtRheinMain FinTech Talk" and "FrankfurtRheinMain meets New York", the delegation participants exchange about Brexit with US entrepreneurs and advertise for the FinTech location FrankfurtRheinMain.
One day later, the delegation travels to Philadelphia. There is a meeting with James Francis Kenny, Lord Mayor of the City of Philadelphia, and again meetings with American entrepreneurs and investors are planned. The tour will be accompanied by an event on "Dual Education in Germany" at the Community College of Philadelphia.
